Here's the plan for the day: get up 7am, eat cereal for breakfast, maybe one of the Krispy Kreme's too; go to the Oquirrh Temple dedication at 8:00 or so (we have to be there 8:30); come home and make a big Sunday brunch of waffles, eggs, sausage, french toast, whatever; we have some nice big steaks for dinner, baked potatoes with butter & sour cream, corn on the cob; and all those Krispy Kreme's for snacks in between and finished up tonight by a big bowl of ice cream. And try to fit in a snack of something in there too.
Amazingly enough, my weight is the same this morning as yesterday morning even after all that food! And yesterday, we did measurements and will re-measure next Saturday. I did the shot about 9:30 yesterday but will do it about 8am today since we will leave shortly after that for church; that's the closest I can get to 24 hours apart today. I'll need to figure out the best time for doing that each morning and try my best to do it at the same time; I told Hans he could give it to me while I'm sleeping when he goes to work in the mornings, haha! Bet THAT would wake me up! I'll edit this page throughout the day (hopefully!)
