It's about 3:30 pm and I feel really good, noticably good. Not tired, not hungry; I'd like to go for a walk or something but I'm waiting to find out if Tim can play in the JV football game today or not and if so, I'll be going over there in a little while. I haven't taken pain meds since this morning.
10:00 ate my two Melba crackers
11:00 left for Kaysville doctor appointment with Tim
12:30 ate my celery while Tim drove us home from Kaysville
2:00 Cooked a hamburger on the grill and had that for lunch
3:15 ate my apple with some sugar free green tea drink
Spreading my food out seems to work well for me; I hope that's ok with the diet program. I feel like I couldn't even eat all of the food at one sitting anyway.
Dinner: maybe shrimp & spinach salad; definitely strawberries for dessert - they are SO good!
Update: Tim did get to play quite a bit the 2nd half of the game so he may be able to play varsity tomorrow; fingers crossed! So we didn't get home til after 6pm.
Dinner: Spinach salad w/balsamic vinegar (tired of that though, next time it will be lemon juice)
shrimp (bought frozen already cooked) cooked with garlic (served it on rice for Hans)
Melba Crackers later (while Hans at like 8-10 oreos!)
Strawberries for dessert about 9:45pm YUM!
I wanted to go for a walk but Hans didn't want to, well, I wanted to walk to Jenn's and he didn't want to go that far; it's only about 1 1/4 miles! Oh well. It's probably too late now to go walk in the park but tomorrow for sure (well, for sure if I can get Emily to cooperate because we'll have her tomorrow night while Jenn works)
I have felt much better today; don't feel the need to keep drinking water and not distracted with hunger. Not tired; really feeling very well.
