Same weight as yesterday
6:30am - glass of OJ
7:30am - Oatmeal squares cereal with milk
8:00am - cream filled Krispy Kreme doughnut
(went to Oquirrh Mountain temple dedication at 8:15)
11:00am - two waffles with margarine, syrup, bananas and whipped cream (ugh!)
Diet coke (last one for a very, very long time)
1:30pm - cream filled Krispy Kreme doughnut (blah!)
Sugar free green tea
3:45pm - half banana, blueberry doughnut (that's all the doughnuts for me!)
6:30pm - big steak with sauteed mushrooms & onions (YUM!) corn on the cob, yellow rice (from the package)
9:30pm - bowl of mint chocolate chip ice cream
(I haven't added this up but it's GOT to be over 4000 calories - blah! I never want to do that again, even though individually each thing tasted wonderful, it was just way too much and way too rich. But the program says that the most common pitfall is that people don't eat enough those first two days so I'm not going to sabotage my efforts right at the beginning that way)
