Lunch was great, plenty of food; but now I have a sinus headache and a cold sore starting so I must be getting a cold of some sort. Not good!
Dinner was really yummy. Hans ate the same thing except I added some leftover yellow rice to his plate. He thought it was good and he only ate as much as I did so these really are fairly normal portions, not too small; and I'm never hungry after eating a meal. I wanted to have my apple until about 8pm.
Hopefully tomorrow I will have more energy and won't feel very hungry; that way I can try to start doing some exercise. Right now I'm afraid if I walked or exercised that I would get either too hungry or too exhausted.
