1:45pm Lunch - chicken cooked in garlic & onion (didn't eat the onion, saved that)
spinach sald w/lemon juice
melba crackers
3:30pm Snack - apple
Dinner - hamburger, cucumber
Nighttime snack - strawberries
(melba crackers somewhere in between!)
