mahi mahi fillets with lemon juice & pepper cooked in tin foil on the grill

(lunch eaten about 1pm - it's easier and easier to lose track of time and not be that hungry)
Planned dinner:
eye of road steak
asparagus
melba crackers before if hungry before dinner is ready
apple or strawberries for dessert
Babysitting again today so don't know if I'll be able to get some extra exercise, depends on how cooperative Emily is. We were going to go to the pool and swim but she ended up taking a nap; hopefully we will get a nice long walk in later.
We measured today and I lost the most inches around my ribs, but nothing in my waist & stomach, 1/2 inch from arms & calves, 1 inch from my hips; not bad but you'd think the stomach & waist would be the first areas to go down; guess I need to exercise them!

Good work Kathy! You are starting to slack in your writing, haha! I am on day 6 ( I think) lost almost 6 lbs. I have felt yucky the whole time. I think I may have something bigger going on. My sgtomach hurts all the time, I did stop taking my prilosec til today. I feel nauseated. I have hunger pangs once in awhile, like NOW! even though I ate 2 hours ago. My ovaries hurt and my lower back and 2 days ago I felt really hot. Maybe I am just letting go of all the toxins (I hope). I still want to do it, but I am wondering if it's a good idea or not. oh also my bm's are loose and yellow, which may have something to do with my stomach. Anyhow unless I get a lot worse I will continue.
